Mr. Takatsu has been consistently engaged in supporting the evolution of Japanese organizations and talent in the changing world, througout his career over three dacades (at the Industrial Bank of Japan, the Boston Consulting Group, Recruit and then the Swiss business school IMD).

Leveraging his interest in manaegment studies, art, culture, society, and his fluency in Japanese, English and French, he often acts as a facilitator of knowledge creation, connecting people from different worlds and fields.

He is also active in writing and speaking on leadership, competitiveness, and executive development.
