Tadashi Waki
Started as an engineer at Japan Highway Public Corporation (changed into Nexco) in 1988. Then, moved to McKinsey & Company in 1996 with strong interest in globalization of Japanese manufacturing companies/industry and promoted to a partner. After 13 years with McKinsey, went independent as a business consultant and worked with Carlyle Group, Japan. Then, joined Accenture as a managing director of management consulting in 2011 with special interest in degitalization/IoT. In 2017, started a venture of HR tech area to explore every possible potential of business people at notable corporations.
